Zx92

Zx92 is a house design created on the pattern of the “old cube”. It is one-story, with a flat roof, projected on a rectangular plan. It is simple and inexpensive to build.

The area of the building is about 120m2. The facade is white plaster with horizontal delicate rustication and laid gray stone. In addition, simple canopies over the entrance and over the terrace were designed.

First floor: the right side from the main entrance, located in the center of the front elevation, under the canopy, there is a passage to the utility room. Behind it is located the staircase leading to the first floor. Below them is a bathroom, designed with guests in mind, near the living room. It is adjacent to the study, which has a window on the garden side and an exit to the terrace, so that you can get some fresh air.

The left side of the house is the living, representative area, the kitchenette open to the living room and dining room. A set kitchen was placed in the front, while a needed pantry was placed in the middle, as well as a warm fireplace on the living room side. The living area features large glazing that extends from the dining room to the end of the living room.

Upstairs: as you enter the upstairs, a space for a deep built-in closet – ideal for towels, linens – or a place that can be used as storage – for mops, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc. – has been placed to the left. Opposite the staircase is the entrance to the master bedroom combined with a dressing room, through which you pass to a private bathroom. In the other part of the hallway – two, beautifully decorated bedrooms for children and one shared bathroom.

The Zx92 house is dedicated to a family with two or three children – remember, there is an additional room on the first floor, which does not necessarily have to be a study. The advantage of the project proposed to you is that 5 rooms are located on 120m2, one of which is a beautiful living room and the other is a master bedroom.
