Keep in mind that not every project can be legally erected in the chosen location and this requires analysis.

If you are unable to match the Z500 design to your needs or site conditions, we can make the necessary changes to the existing ready-made design or we will propose an individual design.

If you have already chosen a plot of land , you have selected a project you have made a correct notification of construction we should sign a contract as soon as possible.
The contract will guarantee you the availability of materials and a guarantee of the start and completion date.
However, before we sign it we want to make sure that it is understandable and properly secures the interests of the two parties. Therefore, after filling out the form below, we will offer a meeting at a convenient time for both parties to discuss its terms.

It is not always worth it, therefore, we can also design for you a dream house from scratch (taking into account the needs of your family, land conditions and local development conditions).
