Roof trusses have been used in construction since the 1950s.
It is a proven and economical solution that is an alternative to traditional roof trusses. It speeds up the construction process and avoids human error in preparing the roof structure.
Wood with strictly defined properties is joined with MiTek barbed plates in our plant.
Structural timber is used for roof trusses, and here coniferous timber works best, due to its resilience and resistance to bending.
Our designer develops, in place of a traditional roof truss or concrete floor, an optimal prefabricated truss suitable for the snow zone, and computer-controlled saws cut the necessary elements with very high accuracy.
The prepared elements are brought to the construction site and, thanks to prefabrication, the entire structure can be installed on the building within 1 day, even in adverse weather.
Using prefabricated roof trusses, we use up to 40% less wood, which significantly reduces the cost of building a roof.
The concrete floor is heavy, requiring support.
Therefore, designers design at least one load-bearing wall inside the building.
The load-bearing wall needs to be supported by a footing.
Trusses can have a much longer span and can rest on exterior walls.
Using trusses, we can make all interior walls with lightweight technology and freely shape the surfaces inside the building. In the event of a renovation or the need to change the layout of rooms in the future, it will be possible to do so because the interior walls in a house with trusses do not need to be load-bearing.
In addition, in single-story houses with sloping roofs, trusses can be designed so as to gain additional room in the attic.
