Zx88 is a project of a modern single-story house open to the garden. The simple body of the cuboid with arcades was decorated with modern stone and dark sheet metal.
The entrance to the building is located in the side elevation, so it is sheltered from the street. The advantage of the house is that it can be placed on the plot with a longer or narrower front elevation.
Once inside, everyone will notice the order and tidiness owed to the space for a spacious closet and an additional utility room accessible from the vestibule, which can serve as a dressing room. As a result, we won’t be tripping in the vestibule over shoes, which household members are happy to leave behind closed doors.
A central hallway connects the living and sleeping areas of the house. The modern, open wrap of the living area is formed by a large living room, dining room and kitchen, supplemented by auxiliary rooms – a pantry and a small toilet. The living area has been generously glazed, so that the boundaries between inside and outside are blurred in this house.
The night part consists of 3 bedrooms, including one with its own bathroom and dressing room. Ample light has been provided, thanks to modern, high double windows.
The building has a large, two-car garage, directly accessible from the hallway and connected to the utility room.
