Zx105 is a compact single-story house with a flat roof for a 2-3 person family.
The body of the house clearly emphasizes the division into zones. The representative part is a spacious, well-lit living room connected with a spacious kitchen. The dining room is located by a large double-hung window with an exit to the side terrace. A centrally located fireplace will perfectly heat this part of the house, and a single chimney riser is a sensible and economical solution. The night zone includes two bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom with a window. The larger bedroom on the garden side has an exit to the terrace. A sizable closet can also be separated in it. In addition, the project provides space for storage space, capacious closets in the vestibule and hallway. The well-planned interior layout and simple construction make the house functional and give the possibility of almost any arrangement.
Zx105 is a proposal for those who appreciate elegant, modern design. The interesting form of the terrace canopy, color scheme and elevation finishing elements give it a unique style.
