Z379 D is a traditional single-story house with a multi-pitched roof with an area of up to 140 sqm that charms with its combination of modernity and classicism. It was designed on a cube plan with an extended single-car garage and a utility room.
The light colors of the facade, beige plaster with horizontal rustication and light wood appeals even to the most demanding people.
The house is brilliantly illuminated from all sides to make its rooms bright and cheerful.
The advantage of the garage is that you can easily make it a 2-stall garage by moving the utility room in place of the dressing room and master bedroom bathroom.
The building is divided into 2 separate parts. On the right – the living – living room with dining room, while in the front there is an annex with a kitchen island and a practical pantry. In the living room, connected to the tasteful dining room, a fireplace is centrally placed to keep the warmth of the home. There is also an exit to the covered terrace – the center of our summer relaxation and leisure.
On the left – night – 4 rooms, one of which has a private dressing room and bathroom. We can designate the rooms as bedrooms for children, a study for work or any other needed room. The arrangement depends on the individual needs and ideas of the owners.
Project Z379 D is designed for a family with two or three children.
