Z273 is a compact single-story house with a simple body covered with an envelope roof.
The house is entered from the entrance arcade. In the vestibule is planned space for a capacious closet. Further on we can get to the left to the representative part or to the right to the private zone of the householders. The living area is a comfortable living room with a dining room, a centrally located fireplace, large glass windows and an exit to a covered terrace. The whole is complemented by an adjustable, comfortable kitchen. The second part of the house is designed with three similarly sized rooms. Two bathrooms will increase the comfort of use. The large one with a window, the smaller one can be converted into a closet, pantry or handy storage room if necessary.
The advantage of the project is its simple construction – only one structural wall inside allows almost any interior arrangement. One chimney riser is also a plus, which reduces the cost of implementation.
