Project Z262 is a small single-story house, graceful and compact in form. A great advantage of the project is its economical, simple body with a gabled roof, which allows for quick and inexpensive realization.
Through the covered entrance we enter a sizable vestibule with space for closets. From here it is possible to pass, through the utility room, to the living area, which is formed by a bright, spacious living room connected in a single space with the dining room and kitchen. From the living room there is the possibility of direct access to the terrace. The centrally located hallway is a link between the various rooms of the building. The left part of the house is the night zone, there are two comfortable bedrooms and a large bathroom with space for a bathtub.
Z262 is a unique yet modest house that will blend in with any landscape and plot type. It is perfect for those who appreciate the functional arrangement of rooms on one level and a small area
