Z252 is a project of a functional single-story house with two rooms, a storage room and a spacious living room. The building’s simple structure and gabled roof will allow quick and inexpensive construction. The small footprint will allow the building to fit on a relatively small plot.
Through the shaded entrance one enters a vestibule with a separate space for a closet. The centrally located hallway is a link between the various rooms. The living area of the house is a spacious living room, dining room and partially separated kitchen. From the living room there is an opportunity to exit to the terrace. The rest area was designed in the right part of the building. Two spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with space for a shower and a bathtub were located here. Throughout the house there are places for closets to keep things tidy, and the utility room will be perfect for storing tools.
The Z252 project is ideal for a 2+1 or 2+2 family looking for a small and functional single-story house.
