Z241 D is a project of a single-story house with a gable roof. The simple body and interesting combination of different materials on the facade gives it a unique look.
We enter the vestibule through a covered entrance. Further on there is a small corridor from where we have access to the main hall, toilet and utility room, which is also accessible from the kitchen. The kitchen has been connected single-space with the dining room and living room. Thanks to large glazing, this room is well lit. In the private part of the house are located three large bedrooms, each with space for a closet, and a bathroom that accommodates both a bathtub and a shower.
Z241 D will appeal to those who are looking for a small, functional single-story house. Despite its small size, the house will meet all necessary needs.
