Z177 D is a project of a house with a usable attic. Simple, graceful body, gabled roof and interesting finishing of the elevation give it a distinctive look.
The first floor is entered through a covered entrance straight into the vestibule. A utility room is located on the right side. Further on, there is an elongated corridor from which one can go to the study, toilet, staircase and living room connected with the dining room and partly with the kitchen. The first floor is the private zone of the householders. A large bedroom with a separate bathroom, two set rooms, each with a separate exit to the balcony, and a shared bathroom have been placed here.
