Z229 D is a graceful, compact house with a usable attic. A simple body covered with a gable roof and wooden elements of the facade finish give it a modern character.
The main advantage of the project is fucktionally planned interior on a relatively small floor space. A utility room with an additional entrance from the garden will be perfect as a boiler room. A large bathroom with a window can also serve as a laundry room. The kitchen has been separated from the living room by a partition wall, which can be easily removed to create a single-space living area. A comfortable staircase with a landing leads to the night zone in the attic.
There are three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The master bedroom has a separate dressing room and modern skylights that will provide a great view of the garden. An additional advantage is the knee wall with a height of h=120cm, which will increase the comfort of the attic.
