Z12 D is a graceful single-story house with the option of developing an attic. Simple body and the possibility of staging the investment make it a cheap and economical investment. The structure based on external walls allows free shaping of the interior with partition walls.
The functional layout is planned on a rectangular plan. The vestibule provides space for a large closet. The hallway, located almost in the center, separates zones – the living zone in the left side of the house and a smaller, night zone with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room is connected to the dining room and the kitchen. A sizable utility room has been designed next to the vestibule, which can also be accessed from the kitchen. This will allow the space to be optimally organized. One centrally located chimney will reduce costs and allow to simplify the implementation of modern installations of a heating system with a fireplace or making a water mantle.
Z12 is an extremely charming and pleasant looking house with great possibilities of arrangement.
